John Rafferty, former Legal and Policy Fellow with the Polaris Project (www.polarisproject.org), will address whether the trade in humans we hear about in international media outlets has any relevance to our lives as Pennsylvanians. John will discuss the domestic scope of human trafficking and what we, as concerned individuals, can practically do to eliminate this evil.
